Is it possible to show the price in the attached as just 122'1550 or 122'1525, instead of 122'15.50 or 122'15.25 ? The decimal is really annoying.

It would also be great to resize the price column one day to hide the 122' part...

No this is not supported. The decimal value does actually indicate a fraction of the denominator.

Have a look at this setting:
Chart Settings: Limit Price Displayed to N Right Characters (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Display Items menu)
