Hi, ok just activated option 4 but still nothing. I try again to connecto to SC CME Futures Order Routing and nothing.
All SC Data, seems to work, but I charge my Chart Book, from The Pit, and nothing. No data to watch at all.
Could you please confirm what data service must connect to go on?
- All SC Data
- SC CME Futures Order Routing (trading)
- Other?

Thanks but completelly lost after reading a lot your guides.

The service setting depends on what trading service you are using. Who is your broker and do you know what order routing service they use (Rithmic, CQG, etc.)?

Hi,

I funded an amp future trading account with 210€ as you recommended. I want to use denali package 12. I activated option 4 of CME exchange data for none-profesional.

It looks like you have connected to that CQG account in order to verify your non-professional status. Everything looks good on your account from our end. So we need to see your Message Log. Please follow these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Change your Global Setting >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. Then select OK to get off that page, and when it asks if you want to change your symbols, select Yes.

Just to be sure you get all your symbols updated, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Then see if you have any trouble with the data.

Hi, having troubles with data denali
It doesnt charged data correcly leaving behind unreal gaps...
i attach log if you need it.
but i cannot trade with this. this is the second day it happens...
