Hello from Italy, I selected 1 additional system, because I have in use the sierrachart software on 2 different macbooks. I have also 2 different data feeds, one on sierrachart denali, and one from interactiv brokers. But when Im logged in in the 2 system, one data feed is not running. you know a solution of my problem? |

To start with, you do not need to have the "Additional System" activated. You are allowed to run the Sierra Chart software from up to 3 different computers by default. So unless you are running from 4 computers at once, you do not need this. You can deactivate this option at the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation As long as you have one system only getting data from IB and the other system only getting data from Denali, then you should not have a problem. The most likely issue is that the system that you have setup to get the IB data is actually getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. That system should have the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds set to No (and it should be set to Yes on the system that IS getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed).
