Live orders disappearing

After initiating a position with bracket orders, orders disappear on SC with the sound like stop got hit but price not near stop. Still have original position with broker, after a few seconds the position line comes back on SC. Flatten does not get me out of trade, if short I have to initiate a buy to get flat. This has happened off/on over a span of weeks. Doesn't happen all of the time. IB broker, Denali feed, NQ is the instrument. SC ver. 2323 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-11-03 14:24:10

Check to see if you see the position in Trade >> Trade Positions Window. If not then Interactive Brokers is not providing it. Also look at the Service Position Quantity field. The issue might be related to a delay with that. If that is delayed, then the position could disappear then come back after a few seconds. How do I troubleshoot the problem I am having: no orders placed with IB when trying to buy 1 share of TSLA (TSLA order) Cancel All doesn't affect the order, Flatten doesn't affect the order. Using the same chart I switch to another stock it works except sometimes the position line disappears. How can I start fresh with the trade window? Reinput everything?
