Can you get us the Interactive Brokers specifications for this symbol from the Interactive Brokers website. We need to determine what the equivalent Barchart symbol is as well. But we will do that. We have looked into this. This is not a symbol with proper symbol mapping as set up by our data provider Barchart and we are declining to do any further support for this. This symbol hardly trades: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1637716894163.png If this is not acceptable, then discontinue the Hong Kong futures data feed being provided by the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Anyway we are probably going to phase this exchange out by March of next year. We will spend no further time on this. This is final. We are going to remove the symbol mapping that does exist so you can get the data from Interactive Brokers going forward. This is now done. Please contact bar charts and get the proper symbol mapping setup. This product has only been around for a couple months is already seeing daily volumes in excess of 20,000 contracts on some days. This contract alone trades more volume per day than every product available on FairX.

We really can do the mapping ourselves, but the problem is the particular CQG symbol does not allow a mapping that Sierra Chart can support. There is some inherent problem.
