Hi. Data beyond September 10th is not loading in my historical charts and current day data is not loading for my intraday charts at all. Weirdly, it seems to be populating data fine in my Trading DOM but not in intraday charts. I have tried editing and deleting and redownloading data, as well as disconnecting and reconnecting my data feed, but the "Downloading Historical Data" message stays on my charts perpetually and nothing seems to happen. I have also ensured that I am running the latest version of Sierra Chart and using the latest Symbol Settings. The Message Log has not allowed me to diagnose the problem.

The problem is that you are using Rithmic for your data, and they are not sending us historical data in a manner that we can process it. Therefore, you will not get any historical data. The solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. Refer to the information at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

You are on a Service Package that includes the Denali Data Feed but you also need to activate the necessary exchange as well.
