Can't get currency 4 hour charts to load before August 4, 2021

Hello, I can't seem to get any data to load before August 4, 2021 on Intraday charts. On Daily and weekly it loads fine, but not intraday. I tried changing the dates under chart settings, but it just changes back to August 4 automatically. And when I increase the number of days where it says "Days to Load", it does nothing. Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong? Thanks.
