The TPO prints correctly on Friday's trade however when I reconnect to the data feed on Monday's I lose lose Fridays profile. Friday's date also does not show My timezone is GMT +8hrs, I have the SC real live data feed connected to OEC. I have included an image of the last 10 trading days for the USDX to highlight how Fridays TPO prints after reconnecting, including the date changes e.g. 3-23; 3-30 |

Remove the TPO Profile Chart study from the chart. Do you see the chart bars for Friday 28th?

Looking at the candles and referencing the TPO example above the session time is 16.00.00 - 03.59.59 and I have no data from 3-28 03.59, data kicks back in 3-31 02.20. When I set the chart session times to 06.00.00 - 05.59.59 I have no data from 3-28 05.59.59 - 03-31 02.20. I do not understand why I am not getting (or loosing) data from Friday mornings after I reload the chart on Monday's. I am watching the TPO build on Friday evening which indicates the data is there. In the above example I would expect data to load up to 3-29 05.00 in line with the the 6E....thanks |

This makes sense since you are filtering out that data with these Session Times. If there is missing data in the chart, then follow the instructions in help topic 7.1 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html This is the data that we see using a +8 UTC time zone: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1396374681124.png Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
