Hello, I am based in London and we changed the clock yesterday from British Summer Time (BST) to GMT; that means that I had to change my charts'time settings to reflect the fact that all CME product have changed open/close times by 1 hour. My issue is that my market profile charts apply automatically the new settings to **all** the market profile (including those before the change of clock yesterday); that means that before yesterday, the cash open for the ES product was at 14:30 local UK time (09:30 EST) ; since yesterday the cash open is now 13:30 local UK time (08:30 EST)... The problem is that *all* my market profile charts now starts at 13:30 local UK time which is obviously wrong and induce level errors in the charts. Is there a settings to have my previous profile charts starting at 14:30 BST / 09:30 EST and from yesterday at 13:30 BST / 08:30 EST? Thank you |

The only solution to this is to have your charts set to the same time zone for which the exchange itself is located within. That would mean setting your charts to the US Central time zone for CME Group charts. Refer to the information here: Time Zone Setting: Resolving Differences with the Transition To/From Daylight Savings Time in Different Time Zones For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
