Hi

This morning I got a strange message which I have attached. I have checked with AMP and there is no issues with my trading account. In DTS settings I have CQG WebAPI selected and have my correct username and password entered. AMP even gave me new password.

Why am I getting this message and no live data
This was all working fine and I have enough usage days left on my SC account

Can you help, happy for you to connect remote if needed

You are getting that message because your Denali exchange(s) did not renew today due to insufficient funds. To restore the exchange(s) add funds to your account at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit

Then go to the Recurring Services page at the following link and scroll to the bottom to see the exchanges that have recently been deactivated. Select the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchanges you want:
