Realize it is first of the month and so I followed these directions.... Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees I think I followed them properly and I am still getting delayed data. I also use SC/TT Order Routing and saw the following "If you have a trading account for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, assigned to your Sierra Chart account, it is not necessary to connect once a month to a trading account since it is already known that you have a trading account. In this case the real time CME data will already be authorized." So I am again not sure why this even happened? I have only been trading on SIM but I do have a funded account so maybe trading on SIM messes it up? I have tried to follow all the documentation but I am stuck. Thanks for your help! |

That worked! I updated my balances this morning so it didn't update before it cut off. Thanks!
