Sierrachart only saves the market history when I am logged in. If I disconnect at 8 a.m. and reconnect at 9 a.m., I wouldn't have the market history for that hour. I changed the denali subscription by mistake last month, maybe that's it? Could you put me back on the full CME with market depth for nonprof if the problem is there? Thank-you for your prompt response. This does not solve the problem. My problem is on the candle / footprint charts. Sierra only loads the history where the app was on. If, for example, I close Sierra at 8 a.m. and reopen at 9 a.m., I wouldn't have the candles from 8 to 9 a.m. On capture 2, I closed Sierra at 5:11 p.m. and reopened at 5:17 p.m. I don't have candles between these two hour |

Yes, still the same problem. Histories that were not loaded (sierrachart closed during these times) are still not downloaded. I left my PC on all night to make sure I had the logs

So if you right-click before the chart bar where there is missing data, and select Delete and Download Data, does the missing data download? If there is no problem then, why there is a problem when you start Sierra Chart is not known. There is not clear enough information in the Message Log about this.
