Hi,

I have added CBOE Europe data. In other posts it said there should be an option to Find->Cboe Europe but that does not appear in the Find window.

I tried to use e.g. LONN.Z.IX but it did not return anything.

Can you please tell me what the format or how I can add the CBOE Europe Equities to the Find window?

Thank you very much in advance.

For Stocks on the Find Symbol window, you need to scroll down to the bottom and there should be a section for "Stocks". Open that section and you should have an item that reads "(Enter Search Text - CBOE Europe Equities)". Highlight that item and on the bottom right you will have two buttons that state the following:
- "Search by Symbol"
- "Search by Description"

Enter your search term in the "Enter Search Text Below" field (just above the buttons) and then select the appropriate button to find the instrument you are looking for.

Hi John,

That is what I tried but I only see BATS and NYSE/AMEX/NASDAQ.

I attached a screenshot.

Any idea how I can add CBOE in there?

Further, Today, the quote boeard is not updating prices but it worked perfectly (apart from the CBOE Europe tickers) It is almost like there is no feed. I checked my subscriptions on the Account site and that looks all good.

Can you please help?

Thank you,
Andre

With regards to the U.S. Equities, the problem is that you have been classified as a Professional for some reason. We will check with our vendor and see why this occurred. We will update this post when we have further information.

With regards to the CBOE Europe - we apologize, this needs some investigation by engineering and we have not heard back on what may be occurring.

Hi All,

Thank you. Re the professional status, If I have to pay for that feed I guess I have to.

I will subscribe to the professional one. Do I need to uploead the agreement or just keep it on file on my end?

The CBOE works now.

Thank you very much.

We received the following from our vendor for the U.S. Equities:
"I see that the exchange has classified the user as a professional because of the linkedin Profile at [link removed for privacy]. Anyone listed as a portfolio manager will need to be approved by NYSE in order to receive the NYSE and AMEX data."

You will need to fill out the NYSE Professional Agreement which can be found at the following link:

Hi john,

I filled it out.

Can I upload it on Sierra? If I have to mail to to barchart, is there a reference I have to mention?

Thank you for your help,
Andre

Just mail/fax/scan/etc. as per the instructions in the form. It does need to go to BarChart. No need to put any reference on it.
