I have 3 instances of SC, when I do the Sc-data and then switch to Rithmic and then back again,do I have to update all instances or will just one suffice ? Also,can I update on the 31st instead of Mon. Nov. 1 ? To be clear, this is to re-certify my non pro trader status.

You only need to do the verification once (from one instance), you do not need to worry about it from the other instances. Just make sure you exit from the other instances and then log back in to ensure that you get the updated information after the verification has been done. You can do the verification on any day you like. It basically is verifying you for the next 30 days.
