I got a notice: 3 days of full use of sierra chart remaining. what sould i do to continue using the system? why the renual is not automatic? |

The renewal is automatic as long as you have enough funds in your account to cover the cost. Right now, you are setup to renew to Package 10 for six months, therefore you would need to have $172.80 in your account prior to October 30, 2021 so that your account will automatically renew on that date for another six months. If you want to have fully automatic payments, where we remove the funds from your credit card as they are coming due, then you would need to setup the authorization for this on our Payments page in the section at the bottom for Automatic Payments with Stripe. You will find this at the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit If you just want to add the amount you owe now, then you would do that on the same page above, just select your payment method, either PayPal or Stripe and go through the process as defined in the appropriate section. That is your trading account. Sierra Chart is not paid for through your broker. You need to pay for Sierra Chart directly through us. Right now you only have $0.20 in your account with us.

I think I did the "Automatic Payments with Stripe". Can you see please if everything is OK now regarding the payments?

You do have the Automatic Payments with Stripe setup. So your card will now be charged when you have upcoming fees for the next month.
