Hi I have a few questions for crypto currencies: 1. What is the minimum Sierra Chart package I need to have to have bitmex, binance crypto exchanges? 2. Do I need any additional data feed? or is there a charge for a feed? For live data on crypto with market depth and trading dom, number bars, tpo? 3. Is there a way to have more crypto exchanges available? 4. What exchange do I need to subscribe to, to get the CFE symbols such as VIX? in real time. I currently have the full cme but its seems its still delayed. 5. The symbols on Bitfinex exchange are not displaying, what am I missing? 6. Finally, How can I get market depth for stocks? same as the futures market on SC? |

1. All Sierra Chart packages allow for the data from the crypto exchanges at no extra cost. So you can have Package 3, which is our lowest package and get the data. 2. There is no additional fee for the Crypto data. If you want to use Numbers Bars and TPO profiles, then those features require that you are on the Advanced Package. In your case, since you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you would need to be on Package 11. Refer to the differences in the packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages 3. The exchange that we have available is all we have and we do not expect to add any additional exchanges any time soon. 4. Assuming that you want the VIX futures (since you specify the CFE), you would need to add that exchange to your Denali Exchange Data Feed. Go through the Setup Instructions for the CFE which can be found here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_CFE 5. You are opening that section and selecting the item that states "(Get BitFinex Symbols)" and then selecting the button that states "Get Symbols"? You should not have a problem if you are doing the above. If you are having an issue, then be sure to update to the latest release and let us know if you continue to have a problem. You can update using the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update 6. We do not have Market Depth data for stocks. You can view the market depth separately if you use IQ Feed: DTN IQ Feed Data Service Or if you get the data from Interactive Brokers: Interactive Brokers Trading Service We are working on a new interface for the US Stocks that will include the Market Depth data, but that is probably about 2 months away from being released.
