HI Support I have read and followed the self help guide regarding activating the denali data feed to my charts. When I go to Global settings the current selected data service doesn't offer me Denali data ? unless it has an abbreviation I don't recognise. Thank you Bruce |

You do not need to set your "Current Selected Service" to anything in particular in order to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Your "Current Selected Service" would typically be set to your trading service. If you do not have a trading service, then you would typically just leave it set to "SC Data - All Services". But, you have not completed the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and given your question about the Service setting, you may not be aware of the requirement of the CME Group that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for their non-professional exchange fees. For more information on this, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you are wanting to get the real-time data for the CME Group and you are setup with a trading account, or you will be paying the professional fees, then you will need to follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you are wanting data for the EUREX or CFE, then those instructions are on the page as the CME Group instructions, just scroll to the top of that page and you will see links to the Setup Instructions for those exchanges. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi thanks for all of that. I had downloaded the Sierrachart software and already was using the "SC Data - All Services" for delayed. I have been through the setup process twice and will do again as I must have missed something. I have a funded account, which is: Stage 5 Trading Corp via Advantage FTP. I have signed all of the agreements, even the Eurex though I didn't think I needed to. The Service Settings referred to is the Data/Trade Service settings in the FILE drop down on the Sierra Chart software. Ive attached some screen shots. Thanks Bg |

You have not been through all of the Setup Instructions. We know this as the main item you are missing is activating the exchanges. Please go through all of the Setup Instructions at the following link to ensure that you have everything completed: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi Again I have gone over the additional area I overlooked and think I have done everything, but get to the end point 9. Sierra Chart Software Instructions (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions) and I still have delayed data. See screen shot. Sorry for all the hassle ! Thank you |

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
