Can't close position

Dear Support, I can't close a last position on my live account. Don't understand why there is always a last line in my "trades" log with no exit time. Yesterday, I did not notice but it was the same. I lost 600$ during night. I have no position on the "chart window" and can not cancel anything. See attachments. How can I do ? First, if you have an open position and you need to close it and you can not do it from within Sierra Chart, then you need to call your broker and have them take care of it for you. Second, if there is a discrepancy between what you have within Sierra Chart versus your actual positions in the market, then this would be due to a missing order fill.
