Are you wanting to actually trade from Sierra Chart, or just use it for charting?

What are the exchanges for which you are wanting to get data?

If you are wanting data from the CME Group, then be aware of the information at the following link:

When you say you want the Dow Jones 30, are you wanting to trade the US30 CFD or the E-Mini (or micro) Dow Jones Industrial Average Futures from the CME Group?

The Dow Jones Futures are part of the CME Group and is traded on the CBOT exchange. This is available through our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

The first thing you need to be aware of is the requirement from the CME Group that to qualify for the lower-priced non-professional exchange fees, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that can be verified at least once a month. For more information, refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you do not have a trading account, then we recommend the following service:

Once you have worked out the above, then you would follow the instructions at the following link to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

The Dow Jones Futures are part of the CME Group and is traded on the NYMEX exchange.

This is incorrect guys. NYMEX is for the Energy products (oil & gas).

As a legacy product, Dow Jones Futures are actually still traded on the CBOT exchange. So you'll need to make sure you have access to CBOT data in order to trade it properly.

Sorry, that is a correct correction. The Dow Jones is on the CBOT. We have updated our previous post.
