Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed

If I payed for Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed why is my chart not loading anything? Everything has been signed and I linked the Data it still show anything, no price movement or anything.

To begin with, you have not setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and you have not completed the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Be sure you go through all the steps for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Be aware that to get the CME Group exchange(s) at the non-professional rate, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect to at least once month (if you are not staying connected at all times).
