Hello, I have an issue with connecting my account to sierra charts. I created an account yesterday and selected 15-day free trial. Tried to follow the steps but I can't find a solution for "THIS ACCOUNT REQUIRES ACTIVATION!" message in account control panel. Thank you in advance. |

We have a process where some accounts require a manual intervention to allow them to be used. It looks like your account was one of these, but it has been set to a valid account at this time. So you should be fine.
