Below is a comparison of the same time periods one from Denali and the other from Transact. I've been getting extreme tails on my candle on all chart for a couple of days now. When i delete and download data it corrects and then continues with the problem from the time of the new download. the third picture shows the chart goes back to normal after delete and download... but it continues to happen after that. Sierra version 2320 seemed to start when I upgraded to this version a couple of days ago. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-10-25 17:55:38

I checked the 1 tick settings for data storage and they are correct and it is still happening. Turns out it's fine in the main instance but not the subinstance2. all settings are correct added: interesting, I duplicated the chart in the sub instance and it's not happening on the new chart so far. Very odd issue. I'll consider it a corrupted chart. If i se it again, I'll post here. Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-10-25 19:37:54

Make sure both the main instance and sub instance are both using an Intraday Data Storage Time Unit of 1 tick.
