I am trying to trade M6EZ21_FUT_CME but I get the following error: --- SC/TT Futures Order Routing order update (Order reject). Info: TT order update (Rejected). Text: Order price is outside bands 'Bid of 11653.50 violates High Band 1.1714 using Delta .00, CrvBnd equals 1.1654' | ExchID: 5216870258366 | SenderSubID: 43487AN. Text: Parent order. Tag: 2 Contracts 15t stop.twconfig. Internal Order ID: 16919. Service Order ID: 6691823. Symbol: M6EZ21_FUT_CME. Account: 43487 | 2021-10-21 10:59:38.874 * --- SC support asked me to talk to my broker and here is their response: --- That error message indicates you are entering your orders at an invalid price. The exchange puts price bands surrounding the last traded price to help prevent erroneous trades. It looks like you may have a decimal error in your order entry price for the M6E trade, where you are attempting to enter the order at a price of 1.16535 but instead are entering that order at 11653.50. --- What do I have to do? |
