Connectivity/Routing Issue for Some Users to Certain Sierra Chart Servers OCtober

The same issue that occured with sierra chart data feed for FXCM has occured again. The server keeps on timing out. It occured 2 days ago but corrected itself. But now today from 11:30 BST it has stopped working for all FX cash data feed on FXCM. Please resolve this.

Hi this has been resolved now, but it is very inconvinient to pay for a service and then have it crash when you're about to enter a position and do business in the market. So please for future references can you have fail safes in place to avoid another connectivity issue.
