Unable to login to Sierra chart

I have just started the trial today once I figured that I can run sierra chart on mac using crossover. However when I logged in i am unable to load any chart for the symbols. I could see a red tab at the top saying "Not connected" even though I am logged in See attached screenshot. My account seems to be showing as not activated for the trial. Can you help fix the issue. Kind Regards |

When you try to get a trial on a Mac, it automatically gets rejected by our Trial Analyzer since the Computer Hardware ID is NULL. We have manually reset the trial for you, so you should be good now.
