Charts Frozen/ Unknown Synbol Message

Good Morning, Yesterday afternoon my charts froze up. I've tried multiple times to close and then log back in. They update to the current price but continue to be frozen. I updated to the current version and charts are still frozen. I have internet connection. Additionally, yesterday afternoon after closing and logging back in, I get a yellowish/orange box with message stating symbol is unknown. I'm on the Dec Z Emini micro symbol currently (MESZ1). First thing to do is to contact your broker and make sure that your Transact account is authorized to receive real-time data for that symbol. If you need more help: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
