Hello! I updated Sierra charts by going to Help - Download current version. I installed the current version and restarted my computer. Now Rithmic won't connect to Sierra charts. I opened up my brokers trading platform and it connects to rithmic but Sierra charts does not. Also after updating two Sierra chart icons popped up on my desktop home screen. both open sierra charts and neither connects. Which one do i connect to? I uploaded two photos; 1: of the messages i'm getting when it's failing to connect and the two icons on my desktop. Can you please advise why it's not connecting and which icon to click to get the latest version? Thank-you Bhupinder Jhajj |

With regards to the Rithmic connection, it looks like you have not fully setup the new Rithmic connection. Follow the instructions at the following link to ensure that you have everything setup properly: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions With regards to the Sierra Chart icons - there is not enough information for us to understand what is happening. They may both be opening the same file. Do you know if you have more than one Sierra Chart installed on your system? If not, then the only option is that they are both shortcuts to the same program. Check the Properties for each shortcut and see what program they are running and if they are same or not. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello John, Thank-you! Also My broker figured it out as well. When I updated it wiped out my Rithmic credentials but even then it wasn't working well. I ended up switching to Denali and and CQG to make it work. Thank-you Bhupinder |
