Question on Denali Pricing

I need to re-up my Sierra service agreement in a few weeks and thinking about going with the Denali feed but wanted to double check on pricing to make sure I have it correct. My understanding is service pack 12 would be $288.80 for six months. Then it would be $60 total for the same period to get the Denali feed. Finally the exchange fees for the six months would be an additional $187.20 for a total cost of $536 total for the six month period ... correct? I have been hearing it's the best from a lot of traders now and think at this point I would like to find out for myself. Thanks |

You do not quite have the correct numbers. Package 12 is $268.80 for six months (you put 288.80). But package 12 also includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee, so you would not have the extra $60 that you mention, plus by purchasing the six months package, you are getting that Data Feed Fee of $10 per month fee at a discount (20% off). Therefore, your fees would just be the following: - Sierra Chart Package 12: $268.80 - Exchange Fees: $187.20 Total: $456.00 Note that the exchange fees are paid on a monthly basis and do not have multi-month purchasing options. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to.
