Gap on chart rollover, tried everything

Rolled over CL to CLz1, and now major gaps in the chart. No way to have prev contracts. I have the volume based rollover option ticked on. I redownloaded data several times and nothing

If the gaps you are referring to are price gaps (not time gaps) then you need to use a Back-Adjusted continuous contract in order to not have the price gaps. What is the symbol of that chart and what is the frequency (time settings) for the TPOs? Have you tried Edit >> Delete All Data and Download? If not, then select that option and select all the contracts that come up. Let us know if this does not resolve your issue. resolved, had to get NYMEX feed seperate. weird cuz it was working fine till i rolled over
