binance shutting down sierra

hello, i am trying to load up binance charts, but whenever i try to load any chart from binance, my sierra platform shuts down. it tries to load, gets a couple bars up, then freezes and shuts down. i have tried this with multiple tickers, any ideas as to why this is happening? thanks |

What is one of the symbols for which you are having a problem? We just tried ADAUSDT_PERP_BINANCE and did not have a problem. But there could be something with a specific symbol. Also, check your drive space and ensure you have space available and that you are not running out of drive space that could be leading to this issue. BTCUSDT-PERP-BINANCE for example. btc futures is what im looking to get but any of those tickers sierra shuts down. i tried the ticker you mentioned above and it works fine though. also drive space seems to be fine
