I buy 2 live connections to the Eurex to work on 2 different computers. It seems that if one computer has 2 SC instances with Eurex charts opened, the 2nd computer cannot have live Eurex data. It is only when I close one of the two instances on the 1st computer that the 2nd computer gets live Eurex data. That is confirmed by the following line in the log : SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 3 | 2021-10-12 08:47:28.532 Can you please clarify if that is the expected behaviour ? Your documentation clearly states "Number Of Systems (Computers)". https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedEUREX Shouldn't I be able to open multiple instances on both computers and still get live data on both ? |

Yes this is all fully supported but you may need to reconnect both instances on the first computer to be able to connect on the second computer. We did develop a solution to this, but it needs further testing and it is not currently released in the latest version.
