Lagging of current sierra version

I went back to 2308 and that didn't fix it, I was on 2292 before I went to 2318 or whatever we are on at the moment. I checked CPU load and that's not a problem neither is RAM there is over 50% open RAM (I run 32gb)

I've never had this issue before the update tho, and it's not like displaying a ladder should use a lot of resources? And after the open its usually fine, I've checked CPU load and that doesn't go above 30%, if you could let me know what else I could look into to see whats causing it Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-10-13 13:34:33
