Hi Support, I have try updating the symbol setting and clicked on update from Server. I still do not see a symbol of MCL from the Symbols settings. Am I missing something? Regards, Jerome |

The micro Crude Oil is available on the new Rithmic interface. You really should be using that new method as we have stopped support for the older connection. To use the new connection, follow these instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I downloaded the latest version 2308. I selected Rithmic Direct - DTC but the Server (List) is blank. I checked older version of SC the server list are also blank from the older versions. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks Jerome |

As noted in steps 6 and 7, you need to exit from that window after selecting Rithmic Direct - DTC and then open it up again: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions This is because we are getting the list of servers from Rithmic.
