I am using rithmic with the paper trading server and I can no longer load the intraday data or it is incomplete what should I do to be able to load the intraday data

If you are referring to historical intraday data (i.e. not the real-time data updating) then that is an issue with the Rithmic data. The only solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead.
