About my CME/CBOT data feed

After an activity break, I received a message log about why my data feed could be delayed. I ve tried any process that you explain to fix this kind of problem. I also contact my broker AMP to reactivate it so, what is the best way to get back my real time data feed ?

Your account looks good and your Denali Exchange Data Feed is all up to date and should be working properly.

The one thing we want to point out is that you only have the following exchanges active for your account:
- CBOT with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts
- EUREX EOBI

You should be getting real-tine data for symbols that are traded on those exchanges. The other would be delayed.

If you are not getting real-time data for those exchanges, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

It works very well, perhaps it's the manipulation i've made with AMP to restore my access, it's perfect by the way. Thank you very much
