IQ FEED price no correct

Hi, I can't see the data in the footprint correctly. The price isn't correct because it is different from "real market". Trading DOM doesn't show bid/ask orders in the columns. The data-feed is IQ FEED for the futures market. I tried to do: chart-> reload and recalculate and i tried to do: edit/download data, but it doesn't work. If the price is not correct maybe you are receiving delayed data. IQ Feed to help you with that. ok, I add the columns in trading DOM, but it doesn't work. I can't see how many orders are positioned at the price. The price isn't correct because, if you consider the same contract (ESM4 for example), it is different from the real market. What are the names of the Chart DOM columns that you added? Please contact IQ Feed and make sure you are subscribed to market depth data and real-time data. It appears you are not subscribed to either of these.
