Hello, Starting this morning EST historical market depth data is no longer loading. I have it enabled to load automatically for 2 days and I have also tried right click > downloading from various specified times and nothing shows up in the message log. I've tried deleting the depth files and SCID files and this still hasn't resolved. I've also tried the latest pre-release to no avail. I've tried this from multiple PC's and different ISP's. Please advise. |

Although this should not have been impacted, we are wondering if this may have been related to the internet routing issue we had earlier. Refer to the following for more information: Resolved: Connectivity/Routing Issue for Some Users to Certain Sierra Chart Servers Please try again, if you have not already done so, to download the missing data using the right-click option. Let us know if you do not get the data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Now I am receiving the error Download Failed: Error downloading historical intraday data: Historical data logon error: password not provided. Before the error was just historical market depth data, but now it seems to be all intraday data. I am using Rithmic with Denali feed w/ support for SC datafeeds enabled. My data comes through fine in R trader so it seems to be unique to Sierra Chart. Please advise. |

That message actually indicates the data is being downloaded from Rithmic and not our Denali Data Feed. Make sure this setting is enabled: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) And then: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. The historical intraday data has resolved on its own so that is no longer an issue. I am still experiencing intermittent issues with the downloading of Historical Market Depth Data. |
