Hello, I did sign up for both the Sierra Chart Data as well as the Denali data. I am currently showing the 10 minute delay on my account still. Can someone please assist? Thank you. |

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees.
