Rithmic - no historical data

Hello. I followed the instructions to set up the rithmic account I have. I entered my credentials in the Data/Trade services and I can see the real time data in the DOME and T&S windows but the chart will not load. I have of course entered the credentials in all three services (Trade, Market Data and historical data) The charts stay black with the yellow notification "waiting for download historical data". I have send you the log file. I made sure the symbols are correct and modified to 3-5 days back with no continues contract. Please advise. |

I posted this a ticket to support. I do not know why it was reported here and by whom. But this issue is still relevant and Im not been able to get the charts to load, yet I can see live data in the DOM and TS. Also is there a way to setup so that I trade through Edge/Rithmic but the data will come from Daneli ? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-10-06 17:30:29

The main issue is that Rithmic does not supply any historical data with the new interface that is in use. Therefore, you will not get any historical data from them. The only solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Hello. Yes , I made sure all the exchange data agreements etc' are done as everything else seamed aligned with your documentation in the links you provided, and now I have the [M] showing on all charts and things seem updating in Real Time. All I need to do now to trade is to switch off the "trade sim mode on" under the Trade Tab ? Anything else to consider before actual trading ? Everything is setup in the account and I was able to send and cancel orders through the Rtrader platform before logging in to Sierra today. |
