Chartbook doesn't open properly with releases after 2296

I have a chartbook with some 30 charts. Up to release 2296 (including) it opens properly but starting with the next available release (2308) it suddenly shows only 2 charts (out the 30) and only 2 charts appear on the CW list. |

This Chartbook is very old. It must be from more than a year or two ago. It could not have been saved from any version released in about the last two years. Therefore, it is no longer compatible. It does not make sense why it would even open properly on version 2296. This does not make sense to us.
