Data Error Downloading CLX

I've checked my internet and is fine. Even I have other instance of Sierrachart with equities data.

But I have this error to get chart in CLX21. I tried several times EDIT>>EDIT ALL DATA AND DOWNLOAD. but it isn't working.

I don't see SC Server Settings button to enbable use port 80

I put using 80 port but It doesn't work.
I tried with Service Trading Evaluator ( trading ) and Trading Evaluator - Delayed and either doesn't load data

Only I Can use SC//TT Futures Order Routing but load data for the last 90 min.

I tried to ping ds21.sierrachart.com but appears request timed out

I tried to connect with two different ISP provider and the problem is the same
I called to my ISP and the Ip aren't blocked and I requested open the ports 10149 and 10150, but nothing of this solve the problem.

I don't know what happened, but now it works.
