I have SC market data feed and trading account with CTS T4. In my chart, I specified rolling contracts and starting date for the chart 2014/01/01, however, the chart only shows data back to 2014/02/28. The symbol is ZN.20140600.CME_F. In the log I see: Volume based rollover from ZN.20140300.CME_F to ZN.20140600.CME_F occurs at 2014-02-28 | 2014-03-26 17:18:13, however, I don't see previous dates. Also, my current registration specifies CTS as my trading feed. Is it possible to use SC market data feed with other account as well? I requested Rithmic simulation account from DDT to evaluate my options to CTS which I'm pretty unhappy with at this point. |

We did a test using that symbol and the chart looks correct for us: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1395874958983.png Follow the instructions here to re-download the data: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. . Is it possible to use SC market data feed with other account as well? Yes. You can. There is no restriction on this.

This is where the problem was. Even I specified to use date range, the number of days to load was used instead. See attached screenshot for more info.

sort of right? when I specify a date range, I would expect number of days to have no impact, but somehow it does. I had to recreate a chart in a new window and the problem went away.

please consider it fixed. I realized that I need to follow your exact instructions to delete and reload data and then if I do it for each contract, it works.
