Can't load historical intraday data completely

Hi, I've been trying to download intraday data from 2010 to now in UB-CBOT. Even though the instrument was introduced somewhere around January 2010, I can't seem to figure out how download data beyond 2013-11-04. Is there a limit set by Sierra Chart or am I doing something wrong? The same goes for TN-CBOT. The instrument started trading on 01/11/2016 and I can see the whole data in a daily chart. When trying to download intraday data though it only goes up to 07/18/2016. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-10-05 07:39:55

If that is as far back as you can go for those contracts, that is all the data that is available.
