Trouble setting up MBO - having followed documentation.

Hello, I don't want to be a pain, but I can't get the MBO to show in the DOM. I am sure this has been answered many times, but couldn't find an answer. I am on the $46 plan. I have the latest version of SC. I did follow the documentation re MBO, went into the server settings, (entered a number higher than 10), and disconnected, but still only get two levels in the DOM (Bid Size or Ask Size). Your help or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks, Michael |

You do not have any exchanges active that include the Market Depth data. You need to have that as well. You can change your exchange selections at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just be aware that whenever you activate an exchange, you will pay the full amount for the remainder of the month in which you activate it.
