Hello, My connection to CQG is not working anymore and my rights are still active but my longon unsuccessful, can you do something. Thanks |

If you are getting a specific message, then refer to the information at the following link which gives the information for many of the messages from CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Common Error Messages If you are getting an error message that is not listed in the above, then let us know the exact wording of the message. If it is something else where you are not getting a message, then get us your message log following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
