I have a Rithmic subscription setup in the Data/Trade Service Settings. Connection is working fine but it does not download historical intraday data on a 1 minute chart. See attached picture. Same Rithmic credentials on other software downloads all historical intraday data. Is there a reason or fix for this? http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1633051755433.png |

The connection to Sierra Chart is different from others. We are not getting any historical data from the Rithmic connection to us. The only solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. Is my Rithmic subscription qualified for the lower-cost CME exchange fees if I connect once a month through my Rythmic service in Sierra Charts?

As long as your Rithmic connection is to a live, funded, futures trading account, then it can be used to verify your non-professional standing and get the lower-priced CME Group exchanges. But, if your Rithmic connection is to a a Prop firm, then that will not work.
