Hello,

I have selected evaluate highest package and should have denali activated now?

My bank is slow and not accepting the papers I get from AMP as verification. Funding it will take time.

Can I start a denali trial month and work on funding the AMP account in the meantime?

Yes, you can do what you are asking for the CME Group, but only for one of the CME exchanges (you will not be able to get data from all of them).

First, do not do anything before October 1, 2021. you need to wait until the morning of the first to do the following, or you will not have the month of free data.

In the morning of October 1, 2021 when you get up to start trading, select the following link to take you to the CME Group exchange selections page. You will first need to login to the website using your Account Name and Password (the same ones you use to login to the Sierra Chart software):

Once you are on the above page, then you will need to select the exchange that you want to trial. You will need to select one of the Professional Exchanges such as "CME for Professionals or Users Without a Trading Account". Again, remember, you can only activate one exchange for the free trial, so do not activate any others or you will be charged for them.

Later in the day, go back to that same page and select the Deactivate button for that exchange. It will not turn it off for you, it will just set it to not automatically renew on November 1, 2021.

After that, you will be getting the real-time data from that exchange through October. Once you have your AMP account setup, then you can turn on the Non-Professional exchange(s) that you need. Just keep in mind that since you already got your free trial, you will not get it again with the non-professional exchanges.

Great, but I get this error message.

"Failed to activate the 'CME, For professionals and users without a trading account' exchange.
The selected Exchange can only be activated if you have a non-trial Sierra Chart account. For instructions to have a paid account, refer to Renewing Access"

That's because I pressed evaluate a higher package? I have a paid account.

Can you fix this?

Do not forget to "Deactivate" that exchange before the end of October. You can do it at any time now. If you do not deactivate it, then we will try to charge your account for the $115.00 exchange fee on November 1, 2021. You probably will not have enough funds in your account, which would cause it to not renew, but if you did, then you would not be able to get those funds back (the exchanges do not give refunds for any reason).
