Sierra can't download CHart Data

I have problems downloading the chart data since i connected to rythmic data feed from one up trader. Yesterday after connecting to the rythmic data feed for the first time i changed all the symbols in my chartbooks. It started to update the charts but just stopped and won't continue. I tried different solutions from the help document from the support forum and had a remote session with the one up support. but it's still not working. What could i try next?
