Daily Charts Oil and Copper showing wrong data

For the Daily charts only wrong data is being shown for the Oil and Copper Charts. Daily Oil CLX1 at present showing High=74.42 and Low=73.80 1 hour Chart High=74.87 Low=73.74 Daily Copper HGZ1 showing High=4.2425 Low=4.1970 1 Hour chart High=4.2550 Low=4.1970 (This is correct because the movement happenned whilst my PC was on) How can this this be corrected ....it seems like corrupt data? |

In the case of Transact the current bar for Historical Daily charts may not be correct due to the daily high/low data from Transact or if that data is not being provided. We do not have any control over that. Refer to this help topic: Historical Chart Prices The problem may be solved by setting this setting: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Enable Market Depth Data and Daily Session Values to Yes And reconnecting to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And that is a Transact specific setting.
