Hello there, I want to use a custom built indicator for a different product. The indicator is attached to this ticket and the indicator uses spreadsheets. The indicator was not built by me and therefore, I do not know how to adapt it so I can apply it to a different product. The indicator was initially built for the ES but I want to use it for the FDAX. I tried to just change the product name in the main chart "Momentum Auto Trader" and I do see a different price scale but for some reason the footprint chart does not print. When I switch over to the scss files I see that the symbol had not changed to the DAX and that it still refers to the ES. Is my logic wrong that by changing the product name in the main chart, the scss files should change automatically? Would you be so kind to give me some direction as to what I need to change so that the indicators display the DAX correctly? |

Hi there, I wanted to ask if you will have a chance to respond to my ticket or if this is outside the support scope. |

Yes, but only if the Formula Source Sheet Number setting in the spreadsheet study settings matches the Chart# of the chart.Your attached chartbook does have 3 spreadsheet studies, but without the scss files, they create new scss files of the same name with blank sheets. These would need to be overwritten with the original scss files for the studies to work. If only the chartbook was shared, without the necessary scss files, you only have part of the 'indicator'. |
